2. Services Provided

Irungu AgroCare provides agronomic consultations, apiculture support, and sells honey products in Muranga, Thika, and across Kenya. All services are subject to availability and agreement between the client and Paul Irungu Wanjiru.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • Booking Requests: Submitting the booking form on our website is a request for service, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have communicated with you via WhatsApp or phone and agreed on the terms.
  • Pricing: Prices for honey and agronomic services are subject to change. Honey prices are listed on the website, but bulk orders and agronomic consultations will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
  • Payments: Payment terms will be agreed upon during our WhatsApp or phone communication. We do not process payments directly through this website.

4. Honey Products

  • All honey is sold as a natural agricultural product.
  • While we strive to ensure the highest quality, natural variations in color, taste, and texture may occur.
  • Delivery or collection of honey will be arranged directly with the client.

5. Agronomic and Apiculture Services

  • While we provide professional advice based on our experience, agricultural outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control (weather, pests, soil conditions, etc.).
  • Irungu AgroCare is not liable for crop failures, hive losses, or any indirect damages resulting from our consultations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Irungu AgroCare and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Irungu AgroCare will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
